Our friend ArcticArlz from i-am-pregnant.com has been awesome enough to put her HPT and OPK strips against each other to show the progression of her cycle! Notice that her OPK strips began to get darker around 9 DPO. OPK's (especially the internet strips) are known to be very sensitive to picking up hCG (around 10mIU from the research I have seen). Caution: You can have LH lingering in your system all cycle long, and a second line due to the LH not hCG can appear any time - don't depend on it alone to determine if you are or are not pregnant! Back it up with a HPT.
